Cancelling Your Order
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Important
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled if it has already entered the fulfilment or dispatch process.
