How to Request a Refund
Contact us within the applicable guarantee period and tell us briefly about your experience.
We may ask a few questions or request photos to help us process your request.
If a return is required, we'll provide instructions. Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible.
We'll arrange a replacement or appropriate refund.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us.
We'll investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll provide a replacement or refund for the affected items.
