If you're not satisfied with your results within the guarantee period shown on your product page, simply contact us.
Current guarantees:

- Hormone-Safe Shampoo – 60 days
To request a refund:
- Contact us within the applicable guarantee period.
- We may ask a few questions or request photos to help process your claim.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility where a return is required, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible.
We'll replace the affected item or provide an appropriate refund.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us.
We'll investigate with the shipping carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll provide a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Refund Eligibility
Our 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to products that include this guarantee on their product page.
Refunds for reasons outside the Satisfaction Guarantee (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong product) are generally not available unless required under applicable consumer law.
We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
